The front cowl of the Packer is hand laid FRP and exactly the same design as our very popular Bolero. The cowl comes pre-wired with headlights, directional signals, and horn.

The rear cowl of the Packer is also hand laid FRP which surrounds the batteries (or gas engine), and fits below the seat and uses the original seats and back rests from the original cart.

 
The “bin box” is a 16 gauge mild steel that has been powder-coated in black and the interior of this bin is 44” x 31” x 8 ¾”. (Approximately 40+ gallons) The suggested maximum weight carrying capacity is 300 pounds.

The tail gate has a full pipe reinforced hinge that runs the width of the box. The gate has two heavy duty cables with safety pins for locking in either the open or closed position.

Two full sized mud splash/guards have been provided to deter water from the motor and controller. Two bolt-on fenders give the cart a great look yet can be replaced if heavily damaged.

The Packer comes with tail lights (with brake lights), and directional lights. A sturdy metal bumper finishes off the rear of the Packer. All FRP parts come primed and ready for paint to the color of your choice. For Club Car chassis only.
