Z-Sports is a two piece fiber glass golf cart body kit designed to fit the Club Car, EZ-GO, or Yamaha Chassis. (You must specify the chassis you will be mounting the kit.) This cart is designed to be a two person cart while golfing, or a 4-person cart when the removable bag holders are removed.

Our new Z-Sport has been designed to use the popular OEM tops and roof supports that is standard with your cart. Removable side bag holders are provided by us for those times when the cart is used for golf instead of as a 4-place passenger cart. For those big Pro-styled golf bags, the bottom rear seat can easily be removed by simply removing two pins to give you more bag space.

This body comes with a fully automotive type wiring harness with switches, flashers, combination switch, and provision for two hot wires for a music system and cigarette lighter. The circuit is controlled with 6 individual fuses and set in a single automotive fuse box. A twin set of wind tone horns are included.

The front cowl houses a storage box under the hood which is electrically operated by a switch that is located in the lockable glove box on the dash. All switches have aluminum labels including the forward reverse switch. Lighting for the front cowl is provided by two 55 watt halogen lamps and directional indicators and horn. The horns, lights, and indicators, are controlled by a single stalk automotive type combination switch which is wired into the wiring harness.

The rear body has two cluster type tail lights with running lights, brake lights, and directional indicator lights. This body part also has space for extra storage or can be used as a drink cooler. Additional wires are provided to connect the brake switch and to power up your electrical system. PLEASE NOTE: EVERYTHING IS WIRED FOR 12 VOLTS.

This cart provides many luxury's like: Plush, fully upholstered seats in Art Leather with a bench type front seat and two individual back rests. The rear bench seat is hinged and designed to fold up when the two removable golf bag holders are installed.

A 9-piece, rich plush woolen carpet set with special rubber back (for weather protection). Also we provide stainless steel thread plates at the cart entry makes this a very classy look.

The Z-Sports requires less than 12 hrs to have up and running. That includes time for removing the old body, assembling the new body, and mounting and adjusting all parts. This kit also includes stainless steel hardware (nuts, bolts and washers) for exterior mounting.

A special booklet-type instruction manual that is complete with photos, guides even the first time builder through all the stages of assembly. A complete hardware kit is included and ensures that no other fasteners or hardware is required. (To top it off, a set of tools are provided.)

THE VERY BEST PART: Prior to your receiving your kit, all body parts (and all items), have been pre-drilled and pre-fitted at the factory. To assemble all you have to do is to take off the original body pieces and bolt on our kit!
