    Parts of the Front Cowl
  • Remove your front cowl.
    Please note that all fasteners removed will be reused in the fitment of your new front cowl.

In the front drill, and unscrew the glove box and discard. It is advisable to take both the glove boxes out and the center switch console too.
 
Remove the two rubber strips on the side running boards. These could be cut smaller and refitted between the front and rear body later.
SIDE STEPSYou will have to place the steps provided with in the chassis.
Drill and mount on the chassis outer member and the floor board.
Lastly cover over with the outer rubber you had removed, when stripping the cart.

Fitting of steel front mounting brackets You have been supplied with two new brackets which you will need to mount on the chassis as shown below on the front. The front body can now be mounted onto the new bracket & bolted through the storage box. Please ensure that the rubber gasket provided is in place between the body and the bracket.
    Mounting of FRONT COWL Mount your new cowl on the chassis without fitting the front bracket. Once the cowl is seated on the chassis position the bracket in place and bolt in place. Leave all the final tightening till you have finally fitted all the parts together.
PARTS OF THE REAR COWL
Fitting of steel rear mounting brackets You have been provided with a rear mounting bracket as shown in photo 1. Please place and bolt through the original old cowl mounting holes.
At this time also mount the two rear bumper brackets as shown in photo 2 below.
Mounting of REAR COWL You have been provided with a “VEE” shaped bracket. Please mount this on the chassis first, there after place your rear cowl over the bracket and mount through the holes provided in the cowl and bracket. Only tighten after you have aligned the full cowl.
Fitment of rear cowl 
  • As you will note below, the rear cowl bolts, in 4 locations as listed below. All fitment is done using the original mounting points /holes.
  • below the seat,
  • behind the seat plate at the base of the ice box,
  • Two in through the area marked in black
  • Two on the floor board as shown below. These mount on to the “V” bracket which you mounted earlier on the chassis .
REAR BUMPER MOUNTING You have been provided with two brackets which will need to be fitted onto the chassis original bumper mounting. After mounting on the chassis you may fit the rear bumper in position. Please do this before mounting your rear cowl.
STEEL FRAME
  • All hard ware to fit the frames is supplied and comes mounted on the steel frame or on the cowl.
  • Place the front frame after removing the bolts on the cowl and fasten in place.
  • Now proceed to with the “U” frame behind the front seat.
  • Next you may fit the two down pipes to the rear.
  • And finish with fitting the two pipes provided as handles for the front seat.
  • After full fitment and drawing the Rexene covers over all the bolts please fasten the open ends with a stitch or with a sheet metal screw provided ensuring to use the washer too.
SEATS Your front seat comes with independent front rests, for transportation the rests have been removed. Please replace in the base and tighten the 4 bolts on each rest. The rear rest has also been removed. Bolt the two supports on the rear of the ice box.
CARPETSYour cart has been supplied with two carpets. One comes factory fitted on the rear cowl, the other is ready to be placed in position on the floor . You may screw or clip after drilling the chassis floor board to accept the same.
WIND SHIELD Your cart has been provided with a folding wind shield. (For transportation purpose this has been removed and placed between the rear seats). Remove and fasten with the hinges. This operation is done best at the beginning. Please note the fitting of the stays etc as shown on the next page ALWAYS KEEP THE SAFETY KNOB FULLY TIGHTENED TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF YOUR FOLDABLE WIND SHIELD

FRONT BUMPER AND SKID PLATE While fitting your front bumper please fit on the skid plate first as they both mount on with the same fasteners which are provided on the front bumper . The rear end is fastened on the tow plate of the chassis.
Rexene Top Your Rexene Top cover has been factory fitted in the front. All you need to do is fit on the sides and back frame at the back. You may screw into the frames OR use the press buttons provided.
ELECTRICAL 
  • Please note that the hood opener switch is placed in the glove box. This is for security.
  • Your fuse box is in under the dash on the left corner above the park brake.
  • All connectors are provided. Please follow the connections.
  • Your main wires to power your system are provided in the rear loom .
  • You will need to join the rear to the front wiring after properly routing along the chassis to the appropriate 6 pin connector provided in the front cowl loom.
  • Even your combination switch is provided and is connected.
  • You need to only fix on the steering column.
