All of our FRP parts are individually hand-laid fiberglass. We do not use any short cuts such as chopper guns and other labor saving devices during manufacturing. 
Our quality is beyond reproach and quality is consistent from shipment to shipment. While it may appear that we are stating this fact too many times, it is something that needs to be considered when purchasing body parts from any source.

Every single piece that we ship to you has been pre-drilled and pre-fitted at our factory, to insure a perfect fit for you the dealer. (We feel that your time is money and we are saving you both!)
All of our body pieces are specifically made to fit the Club Car, the EZ-GO, and the Yamaha chassis. In other words, if you order a body kit or body piece for a particular chassis, that body part (or kit) has been designed and manufactured for that particular chassis! You will not have to be doing major alterations as must be done with other kits or body parts that are sold by some of the others.
We welcome your suggestions and look forward to suggestions on improving our product. We sell only to qualified dealers and nothing to individuals! To do business with us you must provide us with a State Sales Tax number and a Federal I.D. number.
We
only sell to qualified dealers that are in the trade of

How to purchase our AVALON, Bolero and Z-SPORTS KITS? |
All
carts come to you pre-drilled and pre-fitted. Every single
item that is on the cart has been fitted to that particular
cart at our factory, then taken off and wrapped for shipping.
Our Avalon Model is a 2-passenger cart with powder coated
steel supports and 2 bag holders with straps. Our Bolero
and Z-Sports II are each 4-passenger carts with a rear
seat that can be raised to accommodate 2 golf bags. (Also
with removable powder coated bag holders and straps). All
our 3 kits have plush fully upholstered seats and individual
back rests for the front seat are provided with foldable
armrests . Also included in these kits are a complete set
of woolen carpets. Each seat has its own individual retractable
seat belt. All models have a front cowl with a storage box
under the hood that is electrically operated with a switch
from the lockable glove box. The rear body of all models,
also have storage between the front and rear seats that
can either be used for more storage or as a cooler. All
models are pre-wired to each individual location as needed.
All models come to you with mirrors, flashers, directional
signals, headlights, tail lights, stoplights, and horn,
all controlled with a single combination stick/switch. All
models come with our exclusively designed top and with powder coated
support struts. All
carts come fully primered and ready to paint in any color
of your choice every part comes to you pre-drilled and pre-fitted.
Every single item that is on the cart has been fitted to
that particular cart at our factory, then taken off and
wrapped for shipping.
The
Avalon: Is a more conservative looking cart and
very similar to the new model of cars seen on the road today.
The Bolero: The acceptance of this vehicle has
been over whelming. This off-road looking cart provides
a most comfortable ride either on the golf course or off.
The Bolero will be enjoyed by those people who want
a different look to their cart but yet want a functional
golf cart for the course. (Because of the demand of this
cart, sometimes there can be as much as a 90-day back order
in getting these models to our dealers.) We highly recommend
using a high life kit with our Bolero.
The
Z-Sports: With
our new Z-Sports, we have a real winner in this model. This
is a cart for someone that also wants something that is
different, but also wants more of a sport look.

All bodies and component parts have been inspected by us
prior to shipment. Upon receipt of your shipment, open any
box that might appear to have received damage during shipment
and prior to the carrier leaving your premises. Please note
the damage on the shipping document and make yourself a
copy of that document. B&B Preferred LLC will not be
responsible for damage that occurred during shipment. (But
we will help you work with the carrier to help you receive
reimbursement.) Any concealed damage to the body parts should
also be reported to the shipping company ASAP.
All of our body parts are ready to paint with high quality
hi-build primer .Minor preparation prior to painting may
be necessary.
Our return policy is liberal in the fact that we will replace
any product that is deemed by us to not serve the function
in which it was intended. But it is most important that
no product be returned to us without prior authorization
and must have our return goods authorization number. Any
item returned to us without our return authorization number
will be refused by us!
If you have a complaint concerning a product, we want to
hear it no matter how insignificant. If you have suggestions
on how to improve our product line, please share that with
us also.

Are you interested?
In
looking to have some of your FRP parts made
overseas where the labor factor is less and
the quality of workmanship is as good or better,
than what you are buying now? All of our FRP
products are hand laid fiberglass and we do
not use chop guns or other short cut methods
in any place in our production.
We can mold the exact product you have now,
make changes to it if needed, or make molds
to suit your needs. We have in-house consulting
and in-house design people that are capable
of helping you with any design you may need.
While our main focus and expertise these past
20 plus years have been in the automotive
and aeronautical industry in designing and
building parts for them, our capabilities
are limitless!
Presently we are shipping a container into
the U.S. every three weeks, but we expect
those numbers to change to a container every
two weeks. We can easily include your requirements
in one of those shipments. (Or ship you your
own container if your volume warrants?)
We also are doing some metal fabricating and
we may also be your best source for those
items also. We have a complete machine and
fabrication shop and also do powder coating.
Bottom line about us is this: We are good
metal fabricators and may be able to save
you some dollars in this department. But our
real expertise is FRP. As we know it, there
is absolutely no one in the World that can
provide you with the quality of product that
we can, and also at a most competitive price!
